We took first place in the “Carbon Offsetting” category! This was the first time the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) had assessed our customer service, following repeated top marks from Stiftung Warentest for the quality of our climate action projects. At the joint awards ceremony organised by DISQ and ntv, Wolfdietrich Peiker, Press and Public Relations Manager, received the award on behalf of atmosfair.

For the Fairness Award, DISQ evaluates companies and charitable organisations through extensive customer surveys. The assessment focuses on criteria such as value for money and reliability, areas in which we performed particularly well. We would like to thank the atmosfair team, whose commitment to climate action has truly earned this award!
